Copyright Explanation

What are my copyright grounds? My Webpage is going to have lots of hard work into it. This means that I do not want people to take my work and use it for personal use. The Logo; Giggle Towers, will be for MINE and MY COMPANYS use only. It shows our company sign so we are not allowing it to be shared. Other people that would like to use the background shapes they can use. But not in the same way I have used them as. It is an original copy.
